The low-gel-content butadiene rubber technology employs an innovative nickel-based catalytic system consisting of nickel naphthenate, triisobutylaluminum, and BF3·D complexes. This advanced process enables the production of diene rubber with controlled viscosity across different denier levels. The technology has already been granted a Chinese invention patent, highlighting its originality and technical value.
Meanwhile, the Low Mooney SBR1507 has achieved the first successful industrial production in China. Its performance characteristics are comparable to those of similar foreign products, demonstrating high-quality standards. Compared to conventional grades like SBR1502, SBR1507 offers distinct advantages in processing efficiency, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as molded products, foam rubber, and conveyor belts. Additionally, it can be adapted for general rubber manufacturing, offering substantial social and economic benefits.
