The pull rope switches are installed on the racks on both sides of the belt conveyor, and the switches are connected along the sides of the conveyor with wire ropes. When an emergency occurs on the conveyor belt device, the steel wire rope is pulled anywhere along the wire, and the steel wire rope drives the drive arm to rotate. The torsion spring is driven by the drive shaft to displace the precision cam and drive the micro switch to cut off the control circuit so that the conveyor stops operating.

4. Cut out the long wire at the connected connector to prevent the two wires from colliding with the short circuit.
5. Unscrew the cover of the cable switch and you can see there is a metal shaft, which has a hole at one end.
6. There is also a hole on the side of the plastic shell of the cable switch. Pull the cable through the hole of the plastic shell and then pull the cable into the cable switch. Introduce one end of the cable into the spindle, knot the cable, and shorten the cable that is too long after knotting. That's it.
7. Finally, tighten the cover of the pull switch to prevent electric shock.
