The Chinese government, as the host, hopes to take the wind and dust in Beijing in the late autumn. At the same time, it plans to implement “oil-to-electricity” for more than 50 urban lines, and then open 1~2 The city's core area tourism and sightseeing electric drive line to further reduce bus emissions and improve Beijing's air quality.
In the next three years, the Beijing Public Transport Group plans to phase out 8004 old buses and update all the vehicles to be new environmentally friendly buses. Among new buses added each year, the proportion of new energy and clean energy buses will reach 70%. It is estimated that by 2017, public electric vehicles will remain at 21,000, of which 7,920 are clean energy buses, accounting for 37.71%; 5,962 new energy buses, accounting for 28.39%; the proportion of clean energy and new energy buses will reach public electricity. More than 65% of the car scale. In 2017, compared with 2013, bus emissions will be reduced by 50%, particulate matter emissions will be reduced by 60%, and average emissions will reach the fifth stage emission standards, minimizing pollutant emissions.
In addition, Beijing will replace all existing taxis with electric vehicles within four years. In addition to energy conservation and environmental protection considerations, this decision can also promote the construction of electric vehicle auxiliary facilities in various aspects. It is reported that the replacement work will involve about 62,000 Beijing taxis.
In order to facilitate the replacement of the electric taxi to replace the battery, Beijing Auto and other car companies will establish a cooperative relationship with Sinopec, providing daily full-charge batteries to more than 500 Sinopec gas stations in Beijing, which is convenient for taxis to change when shifting. It is reported that it takes about 3 to 5 minutes to replace the battery each time, and the battery life of each battery is about 200 kilometers.
For the charging problem of the taxi battery, it is expected that the principle of idle time charging will be adopted, that is, the battery will be charged every morning and distributed to each gas station. At the same time, Beijing will also step up the construction of charging piles in the community.
A number of car companies in the APEC meeting, the car type is divided into three types of hybrid vehicles, pure electric vehicles, traditional energy vehicles, different types of energy vehicles, and new energy vehicles will be used more.

The APEC official car is a group of pure electric service vehicles that Beiqi New Energy has “tailor-made” for the APEC meeting, including 50 EV50 and 50 DPCs. Hao Ziming, deputy secretary of the Beiqi New Energy Party Committee, said that they can install the charging piles in the APEC meeting vehicles to ensure that the charging of their electric service vehicles can be carried out in time.
