Performance and specification of Φ60mm horizontal stripping machine:

1. Application: Suitable for PVC and PE materials, with 100% plasticizing efficiency, used in conjunction with Φ50-90mm extruders.
2. Screw: Φ60mm, designed using advanced technology to ensure stable and reliable performance. Made from SCAM-1, HRC: 60-63, L/D ratio: 25:1. There are two screws—one for PVC and one for LSHF.
3. Screwed cylinder: Φ60mm, nitrided, precision ground, and nitrided again. Material: 38CrMoAl, internal wall hardness HRC 63-76.
4. Extrusion capacity: 60L/H.
5. Gearbox: High-strength ZLY-133 type with polished hard tooth surface.
6. Heating: 7 heating segments (4 for the barrel, 1 for the neck, and 2 for the stripping nozzle).
7. Cooling: Automatically cuts off the heating power and activates the cooling blower when the temperature exceeds the set point.
8. Screw rotary speed: Max. 120 RPM.
9. Power: 60HP motor (Dongguan brand) + Inverter (SINE).
10. All heating components are made of full cast aluminum structure.
