PVC cable granulator, the machine can process polymer mixed with PVC, some PE, some rubber, recycling and blending and modification, functional parent granule (black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule, degradable granule, double protective granule), various cables, special materials (EVA, fluorine rubber, TPR sole material, UV protection material), reactive and extruding, powder coating.

Working Principle:

First, the cable is crushed using a crusher to break it into small pieces. These small pieces are then fed directly into the extruder. The first stage involves a single screw extruder, and the material moves into the second stage, which is a twin screw extruder. This allows for mixing of some PE and rubber, producing high-quality granules.
