Its height is adjustable, and the conveying surface can be expanded, inclined, or curved (or formed into a round arc) as per your request. It is mainly used for loading and unloading in shops, warehouses, and stockyards. Additionally, it can be applied in receiving and delivering of packing lines, transit conveyor lines, and physical distribution. It is especially suitable for transporting carton packages with flat bottoms. During transportation, it meets the quick and safe handling requirements between two interfaces, thus improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity. Features & Performance Conveying Surface The conveying surface consists of a single row of O-belt driven 50mm diameter rollers. The width of the conveying surface is 450, 500, or 600 mm. Drive Wheels Drive wheels with precision bearings are low in noise and have a long service life. These wheels can transmit more power to the rollers. Load Capacity When fully extended, the load capacity per unit (between support legs) is no more than 30 kg (in the state of no shock load). Performance The O-belt is driven by a motor. The linear speed of the roller conveying surface is 25 m/min. No electric control cabinet is provided. (In addition, a speed-regulating flexible expandable conveyor can be supplied. The speed regulation range is 10-35 m/min, with an electric control cabinet.) To make operation easier, a start switch and E-Stop switch are mounted on the end of this conveyor.
