The copper rod continuous casting machine is specifically designed for producing copper rods of various sizes. The production line begins with copper cathodes being lifted into the furnace for baking. The feeding speed is adjusted according to the casting speed, and the cathodes are then fed into the melting furnace for melting (with charcoal used to prevent oxidation). The molten copper flows into the transition section (still using charcoal to avoid oxygen) and then into the holding furnace.
