The rotating system drives the toothed harrow to move up and down via the traction chain. At the back of the grid, the toothed harrow descends, while the underwater guide wheel changes direction to the front of the grid at the bottom. The floating objects intercepted by the grid are then lifted from the bottom to the top and transported to the discharge outlet, where they are conveyed to a conveyor or garbage truck.
