Under normal conditions, when the system pressure exceeds 16 MPa , the hydraulic oil will flow back to the tank through the safety valve. At this time, it often indicates that the system is overloaded and the mechanism cannot work normally. The pressure value of the safety valve has been set at the factory and should not be arbitrarily adjusted. Structure    The garbage trucks of the hanging bucket are selected from the standard truck bases that have been established in the country, and special equipments are modified on the chassis. The modification part mainly includes: cargo assembly, self-loading device, hydraulic system, operating system, etc.    ◠cargo compartment assembly: all-metal sealed structure. In the front of the cargo box is provided with a feeding box cover, and the side is equipped with self-loading device. There is a door in the back of the cargo compartment. It can be opened when unloading, and the unloading is complete.    ◠Self-loading device: The self-loading device is located at the front side of the cargo box and consists of a bracket, a cylinder - chain mechanism, and a hook. Use this device to lift the trash inside the external trash can into the cargo compartment.    ◠Hydraulic system: Various special functions can be realized through this system.    ◠Operating System: The function of this system is converted. Loading and unloading can be accomplished by manipulating the handles of multiple directional valves.
