The silicon oil flow is controlled by PLC and electromagnetic valves, allowing for two-stage top curling—first rotating and then heating and forming. This results in a more accurate and consistent cup shape.
The entire production process is managed by a PLC control system, which also integrates a photoelectric failure-detection system and servo-controlled feeding mechanism. This guarantees stable and reliable performance, with automatic shutdown in case of malfunction, enhancing both safety and operational efficiency. An optional CCD image detection system can be added to identify defective cups, such as broken, stained, or misshapen ones, without manual sorting, reducing secondary contamination.
