China's machinery manufacturing industry has developed a series of products such as TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor, GJ69 type belt conveyor, DX steel rope belt conveyor. These series of products have been widely used. In recent years, China's related manufacturing plants are improving the above series of equipment, while still developing new series of products.
(1) Domestic conveyor belt performance.
(2) DX type steel cord belt conveyor series and typical layout.
(1) Connection method of conveyor belt
A. Thermal connection of rubber conveyor belt When vulcanized bonding method is adopted for cotton canvas core rubber conveyor belt, the following requirements should be met:
(1) The joint shall be cut into a stepped shape, the surface of the cut section shall be flat, and there shall be no cracking; the surface shall be bristled and kept clean.
(2) The vulcanization temperature and time should be consistent with the properties of the rubber compound used. The vulcanization temperature should generally not exceed 143 ° C, and the vulcanization time (from 100 ° C to 143 ° C) is about 45 minutes.
(3) The composition of the rubber (mixed rubber) should be consistent with the rubber component of the tape.
B Cold-bonding of rubber conveyor belts The cold-bonding of conveyor belts is usually epoxy resin type and neoprene type. The two methods of operation are similar, and the joint strength is similar.
(1) Bonding process:
1) The conveyor belt for moisture should be dry;
2) Cut the conveyor belt into a stepped shape, and remove the residual glue on the surface of the core layer with a wire wheel brush without damaging the core, and wash it with gasoline or carbon tetrachloride, toluene, etc.;
3) Apply the prepared rubber to the incision step surface, and after about 3 to 5 minutes, add the screw plate to cure (the plastic cloth or paper should be placed between the conveyor belt and the plate). The curing time varies with temperature. Generally, it is about 8 hours at 16 to 22 ° C; about 5 hours at 23 to 30 ° C; about 3 hours at 30 to 50 ° C; and about 1 to 1.5 hours at 60 ° C. The pressure of the screw pressure plate is calculated according to 30 kPa;
4) When the pressure plate is disassembled, if the curing of the process is not achieved, it is generally caused by the low ratio of the curing agent or too much diluent. At this time, it can be repressurized and the curing time can be cured. ;
5) The rubber compound is toxic and easy to solidify. It should be noted during operation.
(2) Preparation of rubber compound: epoxy resin type compound formula.
(1) Bonding process:
1) Fix the joint end of the conveyor belt, and scribe and strip the rubber according to the required size. After stripping the rubber, the rubber on the wire rope should be brushed;
2) lower heating plate and the release agent applicator pad put iron (thick belt having a thickness of 0.9);
3) According to the selected joint length, width and thickness requirements, lay the cover film and intermediate film on the lower pad, and then arrange the wire rope. Before arranging the rope, apply the gasoline to wipe the wire rope and the film, then apply the glue, dry it (use it is not sticky), and then apply the second glue. Before the intermediate strip is filled into the gap of the wire rope, the contact surface of the wire rope and the film is coated with a thin glue. Thin wire binding is applied to each of the two lapped wire ends. Finally, the intermediate film and the cover film are laid;
4) coating the exposed surface of the upper cover film with a release agent, and then adding a pad to vulcanize;
5) Using an electric heating or steam vulcanizer, pressurizing with a screw or a hydraulic cylinder at a pressure of 980 to 2000 kPa (10 to 21 kgf/cm 2 ). The vulcanization temperature is 140 to 90 ° C 147 ° C, and the normal vulcanization time is 40 to 45 minutes (excluding the warm-up time). When the temperature drops, the pressure can be removed. During vulcanization, the tape should be pulled after a few minutes of preheating to ensure that the wire rope at the joint is straight during the vulcanization process;
6) After the joint is glued, it is necessary to check it, preferably by X-ray.
(2) Formulation of rubber compound: the formula of covering rubber and intermediate glue. The glue is made by dissolving the intermediate film in 120# gasoline. It is divided into two kinds: the ratio of the rubber to the gasoline is 1 to 8; the ratio of the rubber to the gasoline is 1 Than 3.
Commonly used aqueous solution of sodium alkyl release agent, silicone oil, talc or soapy water. [next]
(2) Installation requirements for belt conveyors (1) The centerline of the rack shall not exceed 3 mm of the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor;
(2) does not lead intermediate frame leg sag or squareness of the building ground should not exceed 0.3%;
1) The straightness of the intermediate frame in the vertical plane shall not exceed 0.1% of the length;
2) The left and right, high and low offsets of the middle joints shall not exceed 1 mm;
3) The spacing of the intermediate frame spacing should not exceed ±1.5 mm, and the relative elevation difference should not exceed 0.2% of the spacing;
(4) The misalignment of the transverse center of the roller to the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor shall not exceed 3 mm;
(5) The position of the tensioning roller after the conveyor belt is connected shall be determined according to the type of the tensioning device, the material of the conveyor belt core, the belt length and the starting and braking requirements, and generally meet the following requirements:
1) For vertical or car tensioning devices, the forward stroke should not be less than 400 mm, and the subsequent tightening stroke should be 1.5 to 5 times the forward loose stroke (nylon canvas core conveyor belt or conveyor length greater than 200) Meters, as well as the direct start of the motor and the requirements for braking should take a large value);
2) For the winch type or screw tensioning device, the forward loosening stroke should not be less than 100 mm;
(6) Assembly cleaners shall meet the following requirements:
1) The scraper of the scraper should be in contact with the surface of the tape, and the contact length should not be less than 85% of the bandwidth;
2) The axis of the rotary cleaning brush should be parallel to the roller, and the brush should be in contact with the surface of the tape, and the contact length should not be less than 90%;
(7) The working angle of the belt type backstop device shall not be less than 70°. The reverse angle of the roller backstop shall not be greater than 30°;
(8) When assembling the drive unit, the ball weight deviation in each compartment of the powder coupling shall not exceed 1% of the specified weight.
(3) Maintenance of belt conveyor
A Routine maintenance (1) Check the joints of the conveyor belt for abnormal conditions, such as cuts, cracks, etc.;
(2) Whether the upper and lower layers of the conveyor belt and the edge rubber have worn parts;
(3) Check and adjust the cleaning device and the unloading device;
(4) Keep each roller flexible, and replace the rollers that are not turned or damaged in time;
(5) Prevent the conveyor belt from running off and ensure the groove of the conveyor belt.
B Regular maintenance (1) Regularly refueling various bearings and gears;
(2) Remove the brake reducer, check the wear of the gear and replace the severe wearer;
(3) Washing and unloading the rollers of the rollers and rollers, and replacing the lubricating oil;
(4) Refueling and fastening the ground screw and other connecting bolts;
(5) Check and replace other parts and components that are seriously worn;
(6) Repair or replace the conveyor belt.
C Conveyor belt deviation treatment (1) The conveyor belt itself is bent or the joint is not straight, causing the deviation along the path, the bending part of the conveyor belt can be corrected and the joint is re-bonded;
(2) The center line of the drum is not at right angles to the center line of the conveyor, causing the drum to be deflected. The drum or frame can be adjusted to make the center of the head and tail drums uniform. On which side of the belt the belt is deflected, the side is tightened. Bearing housing, as shown in Figure 1;

(3) The axis of the roller set is not perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor, causing the deviation. When the conveyor belt goes to which side, the roller on the other side moves to the direction of the conveyor belt. Generally, several sets of rollers can be moved. Corrected, as shown in Figure 2;

(4) If the drum is not horizontal, the conveyor belt will be deflected. If it is installed, the machine should be stopped and leveled; if the deviation of the outer diameter of the drum is too large, the outer circle of the drum should be reworked;
(5) The bonding material on the surface of the drum will cause the conveyor belt to run off, and these materials should be removed frequently;
(6) The conveyor belt will be biased once the load is applied, and the position of the inlet should be changed to adjust;
(8) When the conveyor belt is unloaded, it will be offset, and the material can be corrected. This phenomenon is generally caused by too much initial tension, and can be appropriately adjusted.
