They are highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals, making them ideal for use in environments where dust and contaminants are a concern. These filters also provide superior dust cake release properties compared to traditional paper media. This makes them particularly suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, powder coating, and the handling of fibrous materials like wood or fiberglass.

Features:

(1) Ideal for filtering very fine dust found in welding fumes, mechanical processing, pharmaceuticals, and construction. Suitable for sticky dust collection as well.

(2) Spun-bonded polyester with PTFE membrane ensures micro-pore filtration, achieving up to 99.99% efficiency.

(3) Wide pleat spacing and smooth, hydrophobic PTFE surface enhance particle release performance.

(4) Excellent chemical resistance, ensuring long service life even under harsh conditions.

(5) Electrochemical plate or stainless steel top and bottom, along with a zinc-galvanized metal inner core, ensure durability and optimal airflow.
