Ultrasonic cleaners come in three categories:
Ultrasonic frequency is recommended based on the material and contaminants of the objects being cleaned.
Most ultrasonic cleaners operate between 20 and 120 KHz. The system frequency depends on the type of cleaning required.
Lower frequencies create larger cavitation bubbles with more abrasive cleaning. These are ideal for coarse cleaning tasks like removing lapping compounds from durable metal surfaces. KRX Series General Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner
The KRX series ultrasonic cleaner is specifically designed for high-quality cleaning of various industrial components. The microbubbles created by the transducers provide effective cleaning for complex and irregular parts.
- Tank Material: SUS304/SUS316, thickness 2mm
This equipment can be used for small to medium-sized metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, and other material parts for:
