Spun bond media filter cartridges are designed to deliver high filtration efficiency on fine particulate matter. They are also known for their strong resistance to abrasion and chemicals. Compared to traditional paper media, they offer superior dust cake release properties. This makes them ideal for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing, powder coating, and the handling of fibrous materials such as wood or fiberglass.

Features:

(1) Suitable for the filtration of very fine dust types in welding fumes, mechanical processing, pharmaceutical, and construction industries, as well as for sticky dust collection.

(2) Spun bonded polyester with PTFE membrane offers a filtration efficiency of 99.99%.

(3) Wide pleat spacing and smooth, hydrophobic PTFE surface ensure excellent particle release.

(4) Excellent chemical resistance and durability.

(5) Electrochemical plate or stainless steel top and bottom, with a perforated zinc-galvanized metal core for optimal airflow and no rust.
