This semi-automatic tube bending machine features an NC control unit, allowing operators to program the bend degree (C axis). The standard memory can store up to 16 programs, each with 16 sequential bends. This enables the operator to select and load the required sequence for bending. The rotating and feeding (B&Y axis) are manually controlled, while other movements such as die working and mandrel working are hydraulically controlled. The pipe bending machine combines user-friendly operation with high bending accuracy and cost-effectiveness, making it a practical solution for small to medium production runs.
