The Portable Flexible Expandable Motorized Roller Conveyor is a powered conveyor system that can be freely expanded and compacted within a certain length range. It features adjustable height and can be expanded, inclined, or curved (or shaped into a round arc) as per your requirements. This type of conveyor is primarily used for loading and unloading in shops, warehouses, and stockyards. It is also suitable for receiving and delivering in packing lines, transit conveyor lines, and physical distribution. Especially designed for transporting carton packages with flat bottoms, it meets the quick and safe handling requirements between two interfaces, improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
Features & Performance
Conveying Surface: The conveying surface consists of a single row of O-belt driven 50mm diameter rollers. The width of the conveying surface is available in 450, 500, and 600mm.
Drive Wheels: The drive wheels are equipped with precision bearings, ensuring low noise and long service life. They can transmit more power to the rollers.
Load Capacity: When fully extended, the load capacity per unit (between support legs) is no more than 30 kg (in the absence of shock loads).
Performance: The O-belt is driven by a motor. The linear speed of the roller conveying surface is 25 m/min. No electric control cabinet is provided. However, a speed-regulating flexible expandable conveyor can be supplied, with a speed regulation range of 10-35 m/min, including an electric control cabinet. For ease of operation, start switch and E-Stop switch are mounted on the end of the conveyor.
