This is a semi-closed loop vertical machining center with X, Y, Z axes controlled directly by servo motors. All three axes use steel ball rolling linear guide rails, which provide high load capacity, wide span, and precision. The XY axis has a 45mm overload capacity, while the Z-axis has a 55mm overload capacity. The compact and rational structure ensures efficient performance. The spindle is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt, allowing for one-clamping processing of various complex parts such as dishes, plates, shells, cams, and molds. It can perform drilling, milling, boring, reaming, expansion, and rigid tapping. This machine is ideal for medium and small batch production and can handle high-precision components. It can be equipped with four rotary axes to meet special part requirements.
