This is a semi-closed loop vertical machining center with X, Y, Z axes directly controlled by servo motors. The three axes are all ball screw linear guide rails, offering high load capacity, wide span, and precision. The X and Y axes have a 45mm overload, while the Z axis has a 55mm overload. The structure is compact and well-designed. The spindle is driven by a servo motor via a synchronous belt. It can perform one-clamp processing for various dishes, plates, shells, cams, molds, and other complex parts. It supports drilling, milling, boring, reaming, expansion, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for medium and small batch production of multiple varieties and can process complex, high-precision parts. It can be equipped with four rotating axes to meet special part requirements.
