The structure of the gold rushing machine is shown in Figure 1. It consists mainly of brackets, sorting discs (the spiral direction is opposite to the real object), overflow pallets, tilt adjustment knobs, water spray pipes, electric motors, reducers, etc. There are hand and foot devices for the pedals.
In 1985, the LP-500 gold panning machine was first developed. The Φ900 centrifugal disc sorting machine developed by Changchun Gold Institute is used in the Zhongzhongzhongzhong gold mine in Inner Mongolia, with good results. The main body of the machine is a disc shaped like a pot, which is supported and rotated by a hollow shaft. The slurry is fed to the center of the selection by the mining hopper, and the ore particles are simultaneously subjected to gravity and inertial centrifugal force. During the upward movement of the ore particles along the center of the disk surface, when the angle is greater than 45 degrees, the centrifugal force component gradually becomes smaller along the slope direction, and the gravity component gradually increases. When rising to a certain height, the two forces reach equilibrium. A heavy sand deposit is easily formed near the equilibrium point. The tailings are discharged from the upper edge of the disc, and the concentrate is discharged from the spherical valve through the hollow shaft after stopping the flushing of the ore.
The working process of the Φ600mm conical centrifugal disc developed by Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute, the gold panning machine produced by Ningde Gravity Selection Plant and the disc sorting machine developed by Guangxi Metallurgical Research Institute and the flat-bottom spiral washing pan made in the United States are basically as described above. .
(1) Structure and technical parameters of the centrifugal disc sorter. The main body of the centrifugal disc sorting machine is a semi-spherical disc, which is lined with rubber annular grooves, followed by a frame, a transmission, a sand control cover and a tailings trough. (2) Structure and technical parameters of the gold panning machine. A horizontal arm is mounted on the vertical shaft, and some fixed teeth are regularly mounted on the arm, and the rotation of the teeth is performed by the motor to drive the vertical shaft.
The sorting process of the panning tray is: after a certain concentration of pulp is fed into the tray in a tangential direction, under the continuous rotation of the molars, a suspension is first formed, wherein the heavy mineral is under the action of centrifugal force, gravity and molar thrust. It quickly gathers at the bottom and the periphery to form a self-generated, temporarily stable resuspension. The density of this suspension determines whether a certain density of minerals can be easily accessed. The sorting density of the suspension is outward from the center of the disc, gradually increasing from the top to the bottom, and there are sorting zones of different densities. Light minerals, regardless of particle size, are difficult to enter the area of ​​high density of the suspension (bottom of the panning tray), only suspended on the surface of the slurry, and discharged into the tailings overflow weir under the hydrodynamic pressure of the ore stream. Heavy minerals and gold deposits enter the panning tray and the rotating caries are collected at the concentrate discharge.
The apparatus is mainly used for roughing except placer gold, may be more useful minerals recovered diamond, cassiterite, cinnabar, titanium, iron ore from the sands. It can be used to replace the jig, which not only improves the recovery rate of gold, reduces the production cost, but also creates conditions for comprehensive recovery of heavy sand.
