Xinjiang has introduced nearly 150 billion yuan worth of aid to Xinjiang provinces and cities

The reporter learned from the conference on investment promotion in Xinjiang held here on the 24th that in Xinjiang, the funds for the introduction of aid to Xinjiang in 19 provinces and cities in 2012 were nearly 150 billion yuan, an increase of about 40% over the previous year. Zheng Qiang, head of the Xinjiang Investment Promotion Bureau, said that last year the company’s investment in aid to provinces and cities in Xinjiang was further increased. Among them, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Henan, Fujian, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, and other eight counterparts aided the provinces and municipalities to enter the province's top ten funds. Xinjiang has introduced 149.727 billion yuan worth of funds to its counterparts in 19 provinces and cities, an increase of 37.31% over the previous year.

According to statistics, last year, the capital in place outside Xinjiang’s investment attraction area was 276.35 billion yuan, an increase of 40.82% over the previous year.
