Auto parts exhibition truth interpretation of strength agencies jointly create
The 5th Shanghai International Auto Parts & Maintenance Equipment Exhibition took place from October 19 to 22, 2004, at the Shanghai International Exhibition Center. This event, which originated from the Shanghai International Auto Show, has been a key platform for the automotive industry since its inception in 1996. Over nearly a decade, it has evolved into one of China's earliest and most professional auto parts exhibitions. As the industry grew, the exhibition became independent from the auto show, focusing more on internationalization and meeting both current and future industry demands.
The event serves as a vital platform for procurement and export in the Asia-Pacific region, aiming to shape the future of the automotive industry. In the previous edition, over 650 component manufacturers participated, representing 20 different countries and regions. Among them, 200 were foreign companies, making up 30.77% of the total. The exhibition attracted around 150,000 visitors, with 79% coming from Asia, 7% from America, 5.7% from Europe, and 8.3% from other regions. Out of these, 69,000 were professional buyers, accounting for 46% of the total. Their purposes varied: 42% came to gather market information, 19% viewed samples, 11% sought suppliers, 8% looked for agents, 7% visited clients, and 13% had other reasons.
One of the highlights of the exhibition was the New Global Pavilion, which offered several advantages to exhibitors. First, New World has extensive experience hosting major international automotive events, providing professional support. Second, they represent thousands of automotive products globally, with a wide customer base across China. Exhibiting in the New Global Pavilion allowed companies to become priority suppliers. Third, the China Automotive Supplies Network, a leading industry website, received over 30,000 daily visits, offering promotional opportunities for participants. Lastly, the pavilion provided full-service support, including booth design, travel arrangements, translation services, and logistics for exhibits.
This year’s exhibition introduced an international auto parts procurement zone (500 square meters), featuring separate areas for tires, audio systems, maintenance tools, and auto supplies. The exhibition covered a wide range of categories, including engine systems, electrical and electronic components, transmissions, brakes, suspension, bodywork, interior parts, air conditioning, navigation systems, security devices, tires, audio-visual equipment, repair tools, and related technologies. It also featured an international auto parts procurement area, making it a must-attend event for professionals in the global automotive industry.
The New Global Pavilion warmly welcomed domestic and international automotive industry professionals to attend and explore the latest trends and innovations at this premier exhibition.
The CNC quenching system is a highly automated heat treatment equipment that utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) technology to accurately manage the temperature, time, and cooling rate during the quenching process, in order to change the microstructure of metal materials and enhance their hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. This system is widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, automotive, aviation, and tool steel, and is crucial for improving product performance.
working principle
Numerical control quenching systems usually use induction heating or bath quenching for heating. Induction heating generates eddy currents through electromagnetic induction, rapidly heating metal workpieces above the critical temperature, and then immediately immersing them in quenching media (such as oil, water, or salt solution) for rapid cooling. Bath quenching is the process of preheating the workpiece to a certain temperature and then immersing it in a low-temperature medium for hardening.
system composition
Heating unit: induction coil or heating bath.
Cooling unit: quenching medium and circulating pumping system.
Numerical Control System: Control parameters such as heating temperature and cooling rate.
Workpiece loading and transport mechanism: Ensure precise positioning and movement of the workpiece.
Security protection: monitoring and emergency shutdown mechanism.
Key advantages
Precise control: Setting the quenching path and parameters through software programming, with good repeatability.
Improving quality: uniform hardening, reducing the risk of deformation and cracking.
Energy saving and efficient: fast heating and cooling, saving energy.
Flexible production: adaptable to different specifications and batch sizes.
Automated operations: reduce manual intervention and improve productivity.
Application Cases
Automotive components: wear-resistant parts such as gears, crankshafts, connecting rods, etc.
Aerospace: hardening of high-temperature alloys and lightweight alloys.
Tool manufacturing: cutting tools, mold steel.
Medical equipment: Enhanced treatment of surgical instruments.
Military equipment: firearm components, armor materials.
Technology Trends
With the development of intelligent manufacturing, CNC quenching systems are integrating more advanced technologies, such as machine learning algorithms to optimize quenching processes, sensors to monitor material properties in real-time, and personalized customization. At the same time, we will develop efficient cooling media and improve quenching trajectory planning to further enhance quenching quality and reduce costs. In the future, highly integrated one-stop quenching production lines will become the mainstream of the industry, bringing revolutionary changes to metal processing.
