The second business knowledge training session organized by the Customer Relations Department of Beiqi Futian Auman Marketing Company recently took place at the Huairou Longshan Hotel. This event aimed to equip newly established service stations with the latest insights into Auman’s technology and service policies, ensuring they can deliver superior customer experiences and reinforce the brand's "people-oriented" automotive culture.
The training covered a wide range of topics, including Futian Auman’s service procedures, body and electrical components, as well as key areas such as service station management, quality information reporting, and service fee tracking. By integrating streamlined workflows with centralized business management, the program has significantly improved operational efficiency across the network.
Over 80 station managers and staff from 40 new service stations attended the session, gaining valuable knowledge that has enhanced their professional skills and overall performance. To date, the Customer Relations Department has successfully conducted eight similar training sessions, reaching more than 600 participants and laying a strong foundation for the company’s top-tier after-sales service.
In a highly competitive market, Futian Auman continues to show strong momentum. In 2003, the company achieved sales of 15,000 vehicles—nearly six times the previous year’s figure. It ranked fourth in the industry, following FAW and Dongfeng, and ahead of China National Heavy Duty Truck.
This year, Futian Auman launched its nationwide "Synchronization Project," aiming to boost customer satisfaction, enhance service standards, and expand international support. The company’s consistent growth and adaptability have given it a unique edge in the heavy truck sector.
