The second business knowledge training session organized by Beiqi Futian Auman Marketing Company's Customer Relations Department recently took place at the Huairou Longshan Hotel. The main objective of this event was to ensure that newly established service stations are fully updated on the latest technological advancements and service policies related to Auman products. This initiative aims to enhance customer experience and reinforce Auman’s core philosophy of "people-oriented" automotive culture.
The training covered a wide range of topics, including Futian Auman’s service procedures, body and electrical components, as well as the management of service station operations, quality information reporting, and service fee settlements. By integrating these elements, the training successfully streamlined service workflows and centralized business management, improving efficiency across the board.
Over 80 station managers and key personnel from 40 new service stations attended the session, gaining valuable insights and significantly improving their professional skills. To date, the Customer Relations Department has conducted eight such training programs, reaching more than 600 participants. These efforts have laid a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of Futian Auman’s after-sales service.
In a highly competitive market environment, Futian Auman has been actively expanding its presence, showing strong momentum and clear growth trends. In 2003, the company achieved sales of 15,000 vehicles, marking nearly a sixfold increase compared to the previous year. It ranked fourth in the industry, following FAW and Dongfeng, and ahead of China National Heavy Duty Truck.
This year, Futian Auman launched the “Synchronization Project†nationwide, with the goal of boosting customer satisfaction, enhancing overall service standards, and strengthening international service capabilities. The company’s consistent growth and adaptability have given it a unique edge in the market. Strong training programs for service stations have also played a crucial role in supporting the success of the “Synchronization Project†and driving sales forward.
