2. Grease unscrew and remove the oil plug, oil (grease gun, etc.) Slowly inject grease into the grease nipple until it is jointed from the lower end of the lower part and tighten the screw plug. Overflow, foreign matter enters the oil passage.

3. At both ends of the pin end, the lifter and the lifter, place the U-shaped groove joint in the lug hole of the drill pipe, penetrate the lower pin shaft installation, flat washer, spring coil and stop pin; the main winding wire rope loop U-grooves, holes, and pins, flat washers, spring rings, and pins.

4. Before installing the drill pipe, it must be ensured that the U-shaped groove of the joint under the traction device is straight and the ground so that the guide can move up and down along the straight line and the ground. Slowly increase the main hoist until the drill pipe is installed.

IV. Routine maintenance and protection of inducers

1. Before replacing the old and new grease until the new grease overflows, each shift (approx. 12 hours) must apply lubricant to the lubrication device to ensure good lubrication and rotation. Rotate the joint by hand to see if the roll has stagnated.

2, check the oil spilled oil, such as oil has been mixed with foreign particles such as sand, mud, said the existing seal must provide damage, the need for timely replacement or repair, can not continue to use.

3. Check whether the appearance of the elevator is not damaged, whether the pin connections at both ends are reliable, and whether there is abnormal leakage of grease.
