Gas turbine meter installation requirements:

1. Before installing the gas turbine flowmeter, the pipeline shall be purged clean to prevent the iron scrap of the residue from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.

2. Before the gas turbine flowmeter is installed, when the turbine is blown with a micro-air flow, the turbine can rotate flexibly, there is no irregular noise, the count rotation is normal, and there is no discontinuity, and the gas turbine flowmeter can be installed and used. The gas turbine flowmeter sensor is a thrust bearing type cemented carbide bearing, which not only ensures the accuracy, but also improves the wear resistance. Moreover, the gas turbine flowmeter has the characteristics of simple structure, firmness, and easy assembly and disassembly.

3 , Gas Turbine Flowmeter When installing flanges and pipe flanges should be added in the middle of the gasket.

4. The filter should be installed before the smart integrated gas flowmeter. If the gas quality is dirty, an oil filter should be installed. The filter and the flowmeter must not be directly connected.

6. There should be no protruding connection in the pipeline at the flange joint.

7. When the gas turbine flowmeter is installed, the smart integrated gas turbine flowmeter must not be directly welded at its inlet and outlet flanges so as not to burn the internal parts of the flowmeter.

8. The gas turbine flowmeter should be installed in a location that is easy to maintain, has no strong electromagnetic field interference, no mechanical vibration, and no thermal radiation.

9. The gas turbine flowmeter should not be used in situations where the flow rate is frequently interrupted and there is a strong pulsating flow or pressure pulsation.

10. When the gas turbine flowmeter is installed outdoors, the upper part shall be covered to prevent the rainwater from immersing and the sun exposure from affecting the service life of the flowmeter.

11 , gas turbine flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically, the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction identified on the shell, in the upstream of the flowmeter should ensure that there is not less than 10Dn of the straight section, after the table is not less than 5Dn of the straight section.

12 , in order to not affect the normal fluid delivery, it is recommended to install the bypass line, in normal use must close the bypass valve.
