If the angle is too large, when the ore is broken, the ore will be jumped up and not broken, and even a complete accident will occur. If the angle of engagement is too small, the crushing ratio is too small to meet the requirements of the process. Therefore, the angle of the breaking mechanism should be appropriate. The jaw crusher has a working angle of 15 to 25 degrees, the gyratory crusher is 21 to 23 degrees, the cone crusher is about 18 degrees, and the roller type is about 30 degrees. All the angles should not be greater than 34 degrees. For certain types and specifications of crushers, both the crushing ratio and the productivity should be considered in the work. 3. Operating conditions Continuous and uniform feeding is a prerequisite for the normal operation of the crusher. Closed-circuit crushing is carried out, a large amount of cyclic load is added to the feedstock, the feed size is relatively thin, and the cyclic load can be broken into a qualified intermediate product. Therefore, the crusher should have a large crushing ratio and a high load factor when working in closed circuit. In the case of work, the production capacity has increased. Depending on the hardness of the ore, the productivity of the closed circuit is increased by about 15 to 40%. The so-called load factor is the percentage of the actual production capacity of the crusher and the ratio of the production capacity that can be achieved. The size of the load factor is an important indicator of whether the crusher's potential is fully utilized.
