At present, the excavator control system mainly has a negative flow control system and a positive flow control system. The negative flow control system has a simple structure and low cost. The disadvantage is that after the main valve is collected, a certain pressure needs to be established. Relatively speaking, the feedback is slow, and there is always pressure loss. The positive flow control system has higher cost. The main controller collects signals such as pilot, main pump and engine. The feedback speed is faster, and it has certain advantages in control accuracy, fuel consumption and coordination. The system upgrade is also more convenient. Based on the comprehensive advantages and disadvantages, the R&D team of the FR480E excavator decided to adopt a more popular positive flow control system on the aircraft. The self-developed variable-pressure patented technology establishes back pressure only when the slewing motor brake and walking signals are detected, thereby achieving more energy saving. Another key technology needs to be specifically pointed out, that is, the FR480E excavator hydraulic oil uses a self-developed independent cooling circuit. At present, most of the excavator hydraulic system cooling system in the domestic market is not completely independent. The system oil returning part goes to the hydraulic oil independent radiator, and some of them directly return to the hydraulic oil tank. The LOVOL independent cooling circuit returns all the oil directly back to the hydraulic tank, and then the hydraulic oil is delivered to the independent radiator through the vane pump installed at the PTO port of the main pump, and then flows back to the tank. The independent radiator motor is electromagnetic proportional. According to the monitored hydraulic oil temperature, the independent radiator fan can be steplessly changed, which can accurately control the hydraulic oil temperature. This working cycle is perfectly combined with variable back pressure technology. Thereby reducing the impact of the oil return system, reducing power loss, thereby reducing fuel consumption. It can also effectively extend the life of the hydraulic oil radiator and prevent the tube from bursting. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, a return line filter is installed in the oil drain circuit of the hydraulic component and the return line of the breaker.

The Cummins EFI engine used in the FR480E excavator is fully powered and has a power of up to 250 kW, meeting the national emission standards. The quality of domestic diesel oil is different. In order to ensure that the engine can suck in cleaner fuel, the fuel system of the machine adopts a 4-stage filtration system, which is a first-stage oil-water separation plus three-stage diesel filtration. The machine adopts high-strength wear-resistant materials in the four-wheel belt, which has better wear-resisting performance. The structural members such as the arm and the arm are made of Q345B steel with higher strength, and the designer optimizes the structure of the boom and the stick. In the operation of the excavator, the impact of the stick recovery is large, and in order to reduce such an impact, a cushion valve is usually provided in the arm circuit of the excavator. The stick buffer valve used by the general excavator manufacturer is one-way. Although the valve can play a certain buffering role when the stick is retracted, the buffer function will cause the action to lag when the stick is extended in the reverse direction. phenomenon. The hydraulic oil replacement cycle was 2500h, and the diesel filter replacement cycle was 250h.
