China's phosphorus ore is rich in resources, reserves, ranking second in the world, but the vast majority of high levels of low-grade silicon calcareous sedimentary phosphate rock, silica ore, magnesium, iron, aluminum oxide, it must be compared After the complex mineral processing process is enriched, it can be used for processing. A sedimentary silicic calcium phosphate rock is a medium-low grade phosphate rock with excessive silicon and magnesium content. The phosphorus-containing minerals and high-silicon and high-magnesium minerals must be separated by a suitable beneficiation process. Based on the principle of “floating more and less”, this paper studies the separation of major gangue minerals such as dolomite and quartz from collo-phosphorus ore based on the double reverse flotation process. 1 P2O5 in ore-bearing ore is mainly present in colloidal phosphate ore, and secondly in carbonate, and the content of P2O5 in minerals such as aluminosilicate is very small. It can be seen that P2O5 in the ore is mainly composed of phosphate rock. In the form, P2O5 in carbonate and aluminosilicate minerals is mainly present in the form of colloidal phosphate rock.
