High accuracy and stability

Annubar's accuracy is ±1% and its stability is ±0.1%. It can maintain a long-term output of a very stable differential pressure signal, ensuring the output differential pressure signal and pipeline flow mapping. This is because the wear, corrosion and adhesion of oil dust and other factors during the process have little effect on the flow coefficient of the Annubar flowmeter, but these factors increase the flow coefficient of the orifice plate and increase it to more than 20%. Reasonable design, easy installation and economy

Annubar is light in weight, easy to install and disassemble, and does not require lifting tools. The product series can be installed or disassembled under the condition that the pipeline to be measured keeps flowing without stopping. Due to the light weight of Annubar, it is easy to install and disassemble. Therefore, this aspect can save you considerable installation costs. For example, installing a flowmeter on a pipe with a diameter of 200mm, Annubar only has a weld with a length of 150mm, and the hole plate has two welds with a total length of 1200mm. In terms of working hours, the installation of an Annubar flowmeter requires only 1.5 man-hours, while the installation of an orifice requires 12 man-hours.

Conducive to pipeline layout

Annubar is not only suitable for round pipes, but also for rectangular pipes and pipes buried at any depth below the ground. The length of the straight section of the upstream and downstream of the Annubar is much lower than that of the orifice plate. When installed at a distance of 2 times the pipe diameter behind the elbow, stable and high accuracy can still be obtained. Permanent pressure loss is power loss.
