During the commissioning process, we have done ample tutorials on the internal systems, and the pump is certainly not a problem. Following the water-related circulation pipe, the customer told me that the water float (transparent) on the upper right side of the machine was waterless. This knows that the problem lies in this water level float. It may be that it is broken and it needs to be changed. However, the failure of the new machine float level has never occurred. Then I asked the user to remove the water level float and shake it. At this time, the entire water circulation system began to flow. It turns out that during the transportation process, due to the ups and downs of a device, the float ball and the water inlet below the ball were embedded and blocked the water inlet. By shaking the float out of the inlet, the water supply is normal. This situation usually occurs when a new machine arrives, or if the device is not parked for a long time.
2, wet ball cloth lack of water. This situation is more common. If the humidity keeps rising, even when it reaches 100%, the wet ball cloth is mostly deficient in water. This is usually an impurity in the water that precipitates on the wet ball cloth and loses its water absorption properties. So look at this time if the wet ball cloth is too dirty. If so, replace it with a wet ball cloth. If the wet ball cloth is new, there is still such a situation. Look at the wet ball tank for water. If not, it is a problem with the water circulation system. This detects the pump, and the fault condition of the floating ball described above. There is also an error that the operator does not often make. It should not be overlooked: The wet ball cloth does not have the bottom not soaked in the water in the damp cloth sink.
Leakage is mainly caused by the leakage of the waterway circulation and the wet ball a. The water leakage of the waterway. This requires the replacement of a flat place on the ground. Of course, this situation should also be investigated from the inlet. There is an inlet valve for water supply to the wet ball tank. It is possible for the inlet valve to open relatively large. This can be observed by turning the inlet valve closer. There is also an error from the inside of the machine. The water level float box is placed too high. According to the principle of pressure, the water pressure in the wet ball tank rises, causing water overflow. This can be contacted by a professional engineer to adjust the float position.
