The Glenside Fire Protection District, located in Glendale Heights, has recently been added to the site. Situated within MABAS Division 12, the department operates from a single fire station at the intersection of Fullerton Avenue and Bloomingdale Road. The station was originally constructed in 1970 and underwent a major renovation that was completed in 2004. Today, Glenside is equipped with two Medtec ambulances, a brand-new 2010 Ferrara Inferno pumper, two E-ONE HP75 quints, and a Pierce pumper. Additionally, the district houses one of only three MABAS Division 12 HazMat trailers, highlighting its role in regional emergency response. The majority of the department’s apparatus is currently painted in a black-over-red scheme. However, prior to the addition of black roofs, the vehicles were white over red starting in 1996. In the early years of the department, the apparatus was a bright yellow, which was also reflected in their official patches, giving the department a distinct and memorable look during that time. One of the most notable pieces of equipment in the fleet is the 2010 Ferrara Inferno engine, which stands out as a modern and powerful tool for firefighting operations. Another key vehicle is the E-ONE HP75 quint, which provides both ladder and pumper capabilities. These units are essential to the department's ability to respond quickly and effectively to a wide range of emergencies. Historically, the department had a unique piece of equipment: a 1972 Ford/Pierce 55' Snorkel, used as Engine 5 before the purchase of its first E-ONE quint in 1986. This older unit was equipped with a 1,000-GPM pump and carried 500 gallons of water, making it suitable for smaller-scale incidents. Glenside's transition from yellow to red and white, and finally to black and red, reflects the evolution of the department's identity over the decades. Each color scheme tells a story of growth, change, and commitment to public safety. The photos provided offer a visual glimpse into this history, capturing the different stages of the department's development through its equipment and station.

Plate Heat Exchanger P Series

Unique triangular roof line sealing technology has strong pressure-bearing capacity and more reliable sealing.
The S(afe)-LOCK safety lock is adhesive-free and has a snap-type Gasket connection structure. It is firmly fixed and easy to inspect and maintain. It has an adhesive-free function throughout its life cycle.
The semi-closed gasket groove design technology solves the problem of sealing elasticity release and sealing reliability of the gasket under harsh working conditions such as high pressure and alternating working conditions; at the same time, it effectively isolates the gasket from contact with the atmosphere and media, thereby reducing the gasket's The aging of the gasket is ensured and the service life of the gasket is extended.
The large plate corner holes and the semi-gasket positioning structure design of the secondary sealing area greatly improve the pressure-bearing performance and sealing performance.
Operational safety protection technology, the gasket has four leakage inspection holes at the second seal that are connected to the atmosphere, which can detect medium leakage and reflect the safety protection of stable operation of the equipment.
